“This is a time to be joyful; celebrate and appreciate all that you have achieved to date. Look back on your life and give thanks for all your experiences. Even the setbacks that you have experienced in recent times have served you in some way. Something wonderful and magical is about to emerge as a result of a recent contact or experience that seemed rather meaningless at the time.

The Angel of Joyfulness is here to tell you that you deserve to be and have all that your heart truly desires, and that your life is on the verge of a wondrous transformation.

You deserve joy and happiness for you are a blessed child of the universe.Joyfulness is a state of appreciation and love for the self and for all of life, yet so often we are conditioned not to accept joy in our lives. Close your eyes right now and tell yourself that you deserve to be joyful and that you accept joy into your life from this moment on, regardless of the circumstances you find yourself in.”*

Use gratitude to bring joy into your life! Recognize the power of gratitude and it’s connection to the manifestation of abundance in your life. Take a few minutes first thing in the morning, before your head leaves the pillow to think of all that you have to be grateful for in your life. Do the same before you go to sleep at night and whenever you get a chance during the day. Make a daily practice of writing a statement of gratitude in a journal or on a calendar every day, and encourage those close to you to do it as well.

Whether you are going through hard times, or everything is going smoothly, everyone has something to be grateful for. Do you have a family member who loves you unconditionally, or a pet? Do you have a place to live, clothes to wear, food to nourish your body? Feel blessed for these simple things and then branch out from there. Do you have supportive friends, a job you love or the financial freedom to enjoy some luxuries, (however large or small) in your life? This all counts, send love and blessings to the Divine for helping you manifest these things in your life. Look at your achievements that have brought you this far on your journey and send love and light and acceptance to yourself by imagining a bright green light surrounding your heart.

Step outside, observe Mother Nature hard at work, you can’t possibly spend more than a moment outside without witnessing the miracle of life that connects us all. Breathe in fresh air, watch a butterfly, contemplate the clouds, feel the rain on your skin, bury your toes in the sand. Hug a tree, send it love and light. Unabashedly love everything around you, and feel the connection between every molecule here on earth, separated only by frequency of vibration.

Be happy, it’s OK, really it is. We sometimes act as if there is some entity watching over us, ready to snatch happiness away without notice. If we are too happy, we could “jinx” it, and everything could be taken away. The Divine/Universe doesn’t work like this, it is love that heals, connects, brings joy and raises our vibration.

Connect to your joy with the super highway of gratitude, bless your journey, and get ready for magic!

Get your ing back.

I’m on a mission to claim back lost parts of myself to circumstances.  People and situations.  I’m in the process of redefining myself and my life and this is called get your ing back. I term I’ve borrowed from my long time mentor and guide Gabby Berstein. I like this term because it describes what I’m in the process of doing and it makes it fun. So here is part 1 of my journey on that path and the first stop of where I start is my relationship.
I’m going to share something with you. Ibe Bern in a relationship with a wonderful guy. But to whom I gave my power away. Because that’s what on some subconscious level I thought I should do. Now some miraculous people and happenings have started to show up in my life. 1 giving me the opportunity to reclaim and redeine my game. 2 to reorganise the causes and effects of the past and 3. Really just to set me the duck free. Blading my own trail.
One of those wonderful happenings has been Florence design Scovel Shinn. Her book on redefining he game. Called none other than how to ay the game of life for women. This book has been my bible. 
2 has been Mastic Kipp. Just amazing
And 3 has been this new guy who has dropped into my life to give me hos support. Which is…who has blown the lid off my top. Shining a spotlight on how I’ve been behabing and what I’ve been doing. I’ll give you more on how hos words and insights are helping me claim back my rightful power which is mine. God given and become a force of nature. Having life and the man in my relationship respect me rather than me doing all the work to gain his love and approval. Which on many levels I’ve been doing.

ACIM – Today help reading Chapter 19 The Attainment of Peace

This is the reestablishment of your will. Look upon it open-eyed and you will nevermore believe that you are at the mercy of things beyond you, forces you cannot control, and thoughts that come to you against your will. It is your will to look on this. No mad desire, no trivial impulse to forget again, no stab of fear, nor the cold sweat of seeming death can stand against your will. For what attracts you from beyond the veil is also deep within you, unseparated from it and completely one.

The Lifting of the Veil

Forget not that you came this far together. And it was surely not the ego that led you here. No obstacle to peace can be surmounted through its help. It does not open up its secrets and bid you look on them and go beyond them. It would not have you see its weakness and learn it has no power to keep you from the truth. The Guide Who brought you here remains with you, and when you raise your eyes, you will be ready to look on terror with no fear at all. But first lift up your eyes and look upon each other in innocence born of complete forgiveness of each other & illusions and through the eyes of faith, which sees them not.

“You will receive of him according to your choice.” The choice you make of him in your mind

“Think who your brother is before you would condemn him. And offer thanks to God that he is holy and has been given the gift of holiness for you. Join him in gladness and remove all trace of guilt from his disturbed and tortured mind. Help him to lift the heavy burden of sin you laid upon him and he accepted as his own, and toss it lightly and with happy laughter away from him. Press it not like thorns against his brow, nor nail him to it unredeemed and hopeless. 106 Give each other faith, for faith and hope and mercy are yours to give. Into the hands that give the gift is given. Look on your brother, and see in him the gift of God you would receive. Behold the gift of freedom that I gave the Holy Spirit for both of you. And be you free together, as you offer to the Holy Spirit this same gift. And giving it, receive it of Him in return for what you gave. He leadeth you and me together that we might meet here in this holy place and make the same decision. 107 Free your brother here, as I freed you. Give him the self-same gift, nor look upon him with condemnation of any kind. See him as guiltless as I look on you, and overlook the sins he thinks he sees within himself. Offer each other freedom and complete release from sin here in the garden of seeming agony and death. So will we prepare together the way unto the resurrection of God& Son and let him rise again to glad remembrance of his Father, Who knows no sin, no death, but only life eternal.

Together we will disappear into the Presence beyond the veil, not to be lost, be found ; not to be seen, but known . And knowing, nothing in the plan God has established for salvation will be left undone. This is the journey& purpose, without which is the journey meaningless. Here is the peace of God, given to you eternally by Him. Here is the rest and quiet that you seek, the reason for the journey from its beginning. Heaven is the gift you owe each other, the debt of gratitude you offer to the Son of God in thanks for what he is and what his Father created him to be. 109 Think carefully how you would look upon the giver of this gift, for as you look on him, so will the gift itself appear to be. As he is seen as either the giver of guilt or of salvation, so will his offering be seen and so received. The crucified give pain because they are in pain. But the redeemed give joy because they have been healed of pain. Everyone gives as he receives, but he must choose what it will be that he receives. And he will recognize his choice by what he gives and what is given him. Nor is it given anything in hell or Heaven to interfere with his decision.

You came this far because the journey was your choice. And no one undertakes todo what he believes is meaningless. What you had faith in still is faithful and watches over you in faith so gentle yet so strong that it would lift you far beyond the veil and place the Son of God safely within the sure protection of his Father. Here is the only purpose that gives this world and the long journey through this world whatever meaning lies in them. Beyond this they are meaningless. You stand together, still without conviction they have a purpose. Yet it is given you to see this purpose in your holy Friend and recognize it is your own.”

Let your spirit be on fire and set the truth a blaze. And you will be amazed how the reserection has helped the be.

Getting clear and anialating fear.

It’s time to get very clear on what your goals and visions are. YOU can be in control of that. How committed are YOU to YOUR goals. Your visions. Your dreams. Your spirit. Manifesting YOUR reality.

Once you get clear…all becomes clear. Because energy is clear. Your energy is clear.

So nothing can interfere. Get clear. Crystal clear on what is important to you…and what you would like to be in service to. And share your vision without care…to those that want to hear. Worry not…be not afraid. Because this is how dreams and realities are made.

What you are learning here. Is to become crystal clear…to value your energy and time your vision. And to remain transparent to the outside energies that would try to infect and affect and influence you. Once you gain mastery over this. Life will be magnificent and bliss and all else will come to you.

Nothing shifts you into the heart quite like gratitude. It sets your life alight, it blazes fires in your life, it opens you deeply to the potential of life. It activates your star energy, it activates your essence, it activates you. Nothing sinks you quite into the heart like real gratitude.
